We're looking for a versatile marketer who likes to create things and get things done.

You'll work across a wide variety of marketing projects, including sales collateral, website content, social media, partner materials, event assets, product communications, campaigns, and light graphic design.

This is an execution-focused role with plenty of ownership. You'll receive direction on priorities, audiences, and objectives, but you'll be trusted to figure out how to get the work done without needing step-by-step instructions.

You should enjoy variety and be equally comfortable writing copy, laying out a sales sheet, updating a webpage, creating a LinkedIn graphic, or pulling together the assets needed for an upcoming event.

What You'll Do
  • Create sales and marketing collateral, including sales sheets, brochures, presentations, case studies, partner materials, and event collateral.

  • Create and update website content, including product pages, landing pages, copy, imagery, and other digital content.

  • Develop social media content from concept through publication, including copy and graphics for product updates, company news, partnerships, events, and campaigns.

  • Support campaigns and product launches by creating assets across web, email, social, sales, events, and partner channels.

  • Create light graphic design and layout work using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

  • Support partner marketing by creating and adapting content and collateral for NoahFace's technology and HCM partners.

  • Support events and conferences with signage, handouts, presentations, digital assets, promotional materials, and event-related content.

  • Repurpose existing content into useful assets for different audiences and channels.

  • Manage assigned marketing projects from start to finish, gathering inputs, coordinating feedback, managing deadlines, and ensuring work gets completed.

  • Help maintain a consistent, polished NoahFace brand across marketing channels.

What We're Looking For

You have enough marketing experience to understand how different channels and deliverables work together, but you still enjoy being the person actually creating the work.

You'll ideally bring:

  • 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in B2B, technology, SaaS, or a similar environment.

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and engaging.

  • Experience creating marketing collateral and digital content. Strong understanding of brand guidelines.

  • Strong visual instincts and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.

  • Experience working with a CMS and independently creating and updating website content. Webflow experience preferred but not required.

  • Experience developing content for LinkedIn and other digital channels.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • The ability to take an objective or assignment and independently determine the steps needed to complete it.

  • Confidence seeking out information and asking the right questions when something isn't clear.

  • Strong attention to detail and a good eye for both copy and design.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without significant day-to-day oversight.

  • Curiosity and a willingness to quickly learn new products, industries, audiences, and tools.

Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, workforce management, enterprise software, or partner marketing is helpful, but not required.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
