We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll help tell that story while supporting a fast-growing brand with meaningful opportunities for career growth. This role requires alignment with client’s best practices and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Creation and Execution

  • Coordinate with Blueprint team members to create blogs, case studies, landing pages, newsletters, and customer stories.
  • Assist with thought leadership content development and production.
  • Coordinate the creation of webinars, podcasts, presentations, and customer success stories and development of those events into multiple marketing assets.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, events, and paid channels.
  • Build and schedule email campaigns and social posts for Partner Channels, Industry Personas, and ABM efforts.
  • Track campaign timelines and ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and approvals.

Sales Enablement

  • Maintain current sales presentations, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, and proposal templates.
  • Organize and distribute marketing assets.
  • Support RFP and proposal content updates.
  • Ensure materials align with current messaging and branding.

Events

  • Coordinate conferences, webinars, customer events, and partner marketing activities.
  • Manage event logistics, promotional materials, booth assets, giveaways, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Support lead management after events.

Marketing Operations

  • Maintain project plans and marketing calendars.
  • Coordinate vendors and freelancers.
  • Track campaign metrics and prepare monthly reporting.
  • Manage marketing documentation and file organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with:

  • Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms
  • WordPress or CMS platforms
  • LinkedIn campaign management
  • Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Microsoft 365
  • Google Analytics
  • AI technology platforms and Databricks technologies

Salary Range

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $32.93 to $37.40 USD/hour, with a midpoint of $35.17 USD/hour. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
