Your role at Dynatrace
Dynatrace is seeking 2 Growth Marketing Interns to join our dynamic creative Paid Digital and Customer Advocacy teams, where innovation meets creativity. We are looking for a passionate and talented interns to support our marketing efforts and contribute to real lead generation and brand awareness initiatives. If you are a business or marketing major, have a strong interest in digital marketing, and are comfortable working with large data sets, we want to hear from you!
Paid Digital Responsibilities:
- Help monitor digital program performance and assist in basic optimization efforts
- Work cross-functionally to help measure and document A/B test results across all digital platforms
- Assist in reviewing and optimizing ad copy, audience targeting, and keyword selection to align with campaign goals
- Attend syncs with team members, PMMs, and campaign owners to discuss performance, insights and opportunities
Customer Advocacy Responsibilities:
- Develop customer-centric content assets to support marketing and sales needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to spotlight voice of the customer evidence across all marketing collateral.
- Support customer advocate logistics on key projects including case studies, analyst interviews, and event speaking opportunities.
- Contribute to our customer advocacy platform, developing creative engagement ideas to nurture existing advocates and drive new advocate individuals.
- Gather insight into how a large, global marketing organization functions through a variety of networking events, professional development opportunities, and projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertisment, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Local to our Boston, MA office and able to come to the office 4 days a week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Work experience: 0-1 Years.

- Experience with digital marketing or social platforms.
