The Opportunity

The Marketing Manager, Channel/Partners, reporting to the VP, Global Marketing, is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market campaigns with DoiT's channel partners - including distributors such as Ingram Micro, managed service providers (MSPs), resellers, and global systems integrators (GSIs) - to drive pipeline and revenue through the partner ecosystem.

This role works closely with the Channel team and the sales teams aligned to those channel partners to build messaging, campaigns, content, and webinars that help partners sell DoiT effectively and generate qualified pipeline.

You are responsible for making sure campaign performance is tracked end-to-end - from initial engagement through lead routing through to revenue - so partner marketing is measured not just on volume and engagement, but on its contribution to closed revenue.

This role sits at the intersection of:

  • Partner and channel marketing (distributors, MSPs, resellers, GSIs)
  • Co-branded and joint go-to-market campaign development
  • Lead routing, tracking, and revenue attribution

You are accountable for turning partner GTM programs into measurable pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

  1. Partner GTM Campaign Development
  • Partner with the Channel team and aligned sales teams to build joint go-to-market campaigns for distributors, MSPs, resellers, and GSIs
  • Develop partner-specific messaging and value propositions that resonate with each partner type and their end customers
  • Build campaign content, including co-branded assets, webinars, sales enablement materials, and campaign toolkits partners can use
  • Plan and execute webinars and events with and for partners to drive awareness and pipeline
  1. Channel & Partner Relationship Support
  • Serve as the marketing point of contact for assigned partners (e.g., Ingram Micro, MSP partners, resellers, GSIs)
  • Work with Channel Managers to understand each partner's go-to-market motion and tailor campaigns accordingly
  • Support partner enablement with marketing materials, playbooks, and talk tracks
  1. Lead Routing & Campaign Tracking
  • Ensure leads generated through partner campaigns are tracked and routed correctly to the appropriate sales and partner teams
  • Partner with Sales Ops/RevOps to maintain clean lead routing and attribution processes for channel-sourced leads
  • Monitor campaign performance at each stage of the funnel, from engagement through opportunity and closed revenue
  1. Performance & Revenue Accountability
  • Report on campaign performance across both marketing metrics (engagement, MQLs, webinar attendance) and revenue metrics (pipeline sourced/influenced, closed revenue)
  • Partner with Sales, Channel, and RevOps to validate that leads are converting and revenue is being properly attributed to partner campaigns
  • Use performance data to refine future partner campaigns and prioritize investment across partner types
  1. Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Coordinate with Content, Creative, Growth, and Product Marketing teams to adapt broader marketing programs for the partner audience
  • Ensure partner campaigns align with overall company messaging and brand guidelines

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent, high-quality GTM campaigns running with priority partners
  • Clear, reliable lead routing from partner campaigns into sales pipeline
  • Demonstrated contribution of partner marketing to pipeline and closed revenue
  • Strong working relationships with Channel Managers and partner sales teams
  • Partners who view DoiT marketing as a value-add to their own GTM efforts

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, with exposure to channel, partner, or alliance marketing
  • Experience working with or around the channel ecosystem - MSPs, resellers, distributors (e.g., Ingram Micro), or GSIs
  • Understanding of multi-channel B2B marketing programs (email, digital, content, webinars, events)
  • Experience building campaign content and enablement materials for external audiences
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams
  • Familiarity with lead routing, attribution, or marketing/sales funnel tracking is a plus

Ideal Profile

  • Understands how partners and channel ecosystems generate revenue and is comfortable operating within that motion
  • Balances marketing execution with an eye toward pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Comfortable building relationships with both internal teams and external partners
  • Organized and detail-oriented when it comes to tracking campaign and lead performance
  • Data-driven and outcome-oriented

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
