Job Summary:
We’re seeking a true T-shaped leader—someone with the breadth to function as a versatile project manager across workstreams, and the depth to dive into complex subject matter with specialists. In this role, you’ll orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams, translating strategic objectives into detailed roadmaps, clarifying hand-offs, and removing blockers so experts can focus on their craft. Your wide-angle view of the full marketing lifecycle will let you anticipate interdependencies, while your ability to partner closely with SMEs ensures rigor in the details and measurable impact in delivery. If you thrive on switching seamlessly from high-level planning to deep collaborative problem-solving, you’ll be a perfect fit.
You will play a key role in supporting Green House’s business development team by managing content development, marketing operations, and brand storytelling to drive lead generation, proposal support, and market presence. Reporting to the Director of Growth & Strategic Partnerships, you will oversee the execution of marketing initiatives that directly fuel agency growth. Our core client portfolio spans beverage alcohol, non-alcoholic and “AltAlc” beverage brands, and CPG-consumables. Accelerated success in this role requires a working knowledge of these categories—ideally with hands-on experience supporting field marketing or frontline programs that build awareness and drive velocity.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business & Proposal Support
  • Develop, manage, and refresh agency selling tools which include but is not limited to: case studies, testimonials, bios, credentials, and pitch collateral.
  • Own and manage the proposal process by coordinating content inputs from multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely, brand-aligned input.
  • Own the development of pitch decks and leave-behinds in partnership with Strategy, Creative, and Account Services.
  • Own new business pre-meeting briefings, detailing opportunity context, client/lead background, and prep materials for internal stakeholders
Agency Marketing
  • Collaborate with the Director and internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing campaigns that elevate the agency’s profile.
  • Create and manage content calendars, digital campaigns, and newsletters to support lead generation and agency positioning efforts.
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing materials for the Agency and ELT across social (LinkedIn focus), web, and email platforms.
CRM, Insights & Tools
  • Maintain and optimize the agency’s CRM and marketing automation tools, ensuring accuracy and usability for lead tracking and reporting, as well as revenue forecasting.
  • Build and monitor dashboards for marketing KPIs, supporting pipeline insights and campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify leads based on agency products and off-the-shelf solutions and maintain database within the CRM.
Internal Communication & Enablement
  • Own and manage the Seeds Incentive Program (SIP) to drive internal lead generation, track performance, and recognize contributors which includes monthly internal newsletters.
  • Collaborate across departments to gather inputs, testimonials, and proof points for marketing use.
  • Champion cross-functional communication by standardizing asset repositories, templates, and messaging for internal use, as well as ensuring internal stakeholders are equipped with up-to-date tools, case studies, and messaging to support new business conversations
Event & Thought Leadership Support
  • Assist in coordinating agency presence at industry events, award submissions, and speaking opportunities.
  • Support leadership in creating thought leadership content and identifying platforms for publication.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing or agency environment, preferably supporting business development or growth functions.
  • Proven success in content creation, project management, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Netsuite, HubSpot, Repsly), and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in CPG, beverage, or alcohol categories strongly preferred—especially if previously held field marketing or frontline roles.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Presentation Development: Able to design and structure compelling presentations that clearly communicate strategic narrative and drive decision-making
  • Strategic Thinking: Understands how marketing supports business development goals.
  • Project Management: Manages competing priorities and meets tight deadlines with accuracy.
  • Communication: Crafts clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messaging across media.
  • Collaboration: Works effectively across departments to gather inputs and align on output.
  • Initiative: Proactively identifies opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and enablement.
Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
  • Bonus Potential: 10% annually
  • Communication Allowance: $150 monthly
  • Wellness Reimbursement: $50 monthly
