About TestAssure

TestAssure is a cloud-based workforce management (WFM) testing platform. We help HRIS, Shared Services, and WFM teams at enterprise organizations save time, prevent compliance risk, protect their people and paychecks, and preserve their bottom line every pay cycle. Our customers span healthcare, retail, logistics, manufacturing, and public sector organizations who rely on TestAssure to validate their WFM configurations at every stage, from go-live through ongoing operation.

We're a growing, remote-friendly team that values accountability and integrity, collaboration and respect, curiosity and adaptability, and being relentlessly customer-driven. If you like building marketing programs from the ground up and seeing your work directly connect to pipeline, we'd love to talk.

About the Role

TestAssure is hiring a Marketing Manager to execute demand generation programs that drive pipeline and brand awareness. This is a generalist role at the center of our marketing engine that will report to the Director of Marketing. You’ll manage or support multi-channel campaigns, webinars, conference and trade show execution, and partner marketing initiatives. You'll also work closely with sales, partnerships, customer success, and leadership to bring TestAssure's story to the market.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, can move fluidly between projects, enjoys hands-on execution, and has strong evaluation skills over how their programs perform.

What You'll Do
  • Execute and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across email, paid, organic, and partner channels to drive pipeline and awareness
  • Support planning and on-site execution for conferences and trade shows, including logistics, booth strategy, staffing coordination, and pre/post-event follow-up
  • Support brand marketing efforts, including messaging consistency, content development, and campaign creative
  • Contribute to product marketing initiatives such as launches, sales enablement content, and positioning
  • Collaborate with channel and technology partners on co-marketing campaigns, joint content, and shared events
  • Manage marketing programs in HubSpot, including campaign builds, email sends, landing pages, and workflow automation
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Manage vendor and event budgets, timelines, and deliverables

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in demand generation
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns, webinars, and conferences/trade shows
  • Experience with HubSpot (or a comparable marketing automation platform)
  • Strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines independently
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, partners, customer success, and leadership
  • Clear, effective writing and communication skills
  • Data-informed approach to evaluating and improving campaign performance
  • A generalist mindset and comfort with hands-on execution
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 10–25%) for conferences, trade shows, and staff meetings
Nice to Have
  • Experience building and managing paid ad campaigns
  • Experience with partner or channel marketing programs
  • Familiarity with brand and product marketing fundamentals (positioning, messaging, launches)
  • Experience marketing to enterprise or HRIS/HR technology buyers. Note: Workforce management (WFM) industry experience is not required — we're prioritizing strong marketing fundamentals over domain-specific background.

Benefits
  • High-autonomy, high-impact role
  • Low egos, PE-backed, remote team (US and CA), health insurance, 401(k) employee match
  • Compensation will be commensurate with experience, with an expected salary range up to $85,000
  • Reports to: Director of Marketing
  • Travel: Occasional (10–25%) for conferences, trade shows, and staff meetings

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
