- Role Summary: As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving worldwide marketing management for an account team that manages two large hardware partners. You will support marketing projects and activities within the partner account team, interacting with Microsoft corporate marketing, programs teams, and the partners' marketing teams.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Build and maintain worldwide marketing event calendars.
- Plan and coordinate overall partner event sponsorship, Microsoft participation, and attendance.
- Lead the account team and partner focals to identify event participation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain planning roadmaps for all events, ensuring timely execution.
- Manage logistics for all events, including action item tracking and coordination.
- Provide support for various marketing workstreams and initiatives, including reporting and analysis.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders within partnering philanthropy, diversity and inclusion, commercial marketing, education, and field sales community.
- Conduct internal and external tracking and update calls with stakeholders.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate marketing events planning.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, particularly with multimillion dollar marketing initiatives.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing at Microsoft.
- Portfolio showcasing previous marketing planning projects.
