The Role:

The Marketing Operations Manager is the engine behind the marketing team’s efforts, ensuring everything from lead generation campaigns to customer communications is executed flawlessly. As an integral part of the marketing team, the Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for partnering with the Growth Marketing Manager and the Product Marketing Manager to provide recommendations around best practices, process optimization and channel strategy. As the process guru, you’ll work cross-functionally with the account management, support and sales teams to deliver winning campaigns and flawless go-to-market strategy. 

 The Marketing Operations Manager is the sales and marketing tech stack "go-to" with experience in Hubspot, Asana, WordPress, Zoom Sessions, ZoomInfo and Salesloft integrations. You’ll work closely with the team to coordinate DoseSpot & pVerify’s presence at yearly top-tier events. Your feedback will guide our marketing strategy to deliver world-class campaigns and support efforts with current customers. 

Preferred Location: Remote – East Cost candidates preferred. ME, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, DE, DC, MD, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, MN

What You'll Do:

  • Owns streamlining the campaign and go-to-market process with a data-driven focus on continuous improvement  

  • Works closely with marketing, sales, support and account management colleagues to ensure the successful execution of all prospect and current customer strategies  

  • The “go-to” for the marketing tech stack – translating team needs into automation and implementing an ROI focused reporting capabilities  

  • Analyzes and tracks marketing campaign and adoption & utilization data to detect trends and inform campaign strategies  

  • Understands marketing KPIs and can track our path to goal while monitoring the campaign’s return on investment  

  • Tracks marketing qualified leads from generation in Hubspot through conversion in Salesforce – producing reports to demonstrate the health of lead volume and opportunity pipeline 

  • With direction from the Growth & Product Marketing Managers, operationalizes and deploys DoseSpot and pVerify’s presence at events and via webinars  

  • Maintains email lists and lead scoring with appropriate market segmentation in Hubspot  

  • Organizes DoseSpot’s content library and ensures version control for all sales enablement and customer-facing marketing material  

  • Implements the data-driven feedback loop within the marketing organization and establish a regular reporting cadence  

  • Manages changes to the DoseSpot and pVerify’s WordPress website while tracking Google Analytics trends 

  • Conducts market research to understand healthcare industry trends and identify target audiences for marketing campaigns 

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing or project management within a SaaS-based healthcare (preferred) organization 

  • Experience with sales & marketing technologies including but not limited to Hubspot, Asana, WordPress, Salesforce, Zoom Sessions, ZoomInfo and Salesloft 

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite 

  • Ability to work independently and with a results-driven mindset to achieve set goals in a fast-paced environment 

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple competing priorities  

  • Impeccable organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail 

  • An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data-driven decision making 

  • Experience with data analysis, optimization and reporting 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally  

  • Open to travel for team meetings and industry events 

  • Industry knowledge of healthcare and/or SaaS solutions is essential

Compensation Range: $92.6K - $115.8K
