Reports to: Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Campaign Enablement

About the Role

This role sits at the center of how marketing scales at AlphaSense. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will help bring campaigns to life by powering execution, ensuring quality, and strengthening the operational foundation that enables marketing to move faster and smarter. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Demand Generation, Events, and Marketing leadership to ensure programs launch cleanly, consistently, and in alignment with best practices.

This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing automation, campaign governance, and scalable program frameworks while contributing directly to the success of high-impact marketing initiatives. You’ll play a key role in evolving how our systems, processes, and standards support a growing global organization.

Your success in this role requires a strong operational mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working within structured processes—paired with curiosity and a desire to improve how things work. You enjoy problem-solving, take pride in high-quality execution, and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow into a more advanced Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, or Revenue Operations career path.

This full-time role reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Campaign Enablement and is based in the US, with the option for in-person or remote work.

Why You’ll Love this Role
  • Hands-on experience with scalable campaign frameworks and marketing automation best practices.
  • Direct exposure to Marketo program structure, tokens, templates, and QA standards.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams across Demand Generation, Events, and Marketing leadership.
  • A clear growth path into Senior Marketing Operations, Marketing Operations Management, or Marketing Technology roles.
  • A collaborative environment where operational excellence directly enables marketing impact.

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or campaign support.
  • Working knowledge of Marketo or another marketing automation platform (Marketo strongly preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with QA processes, checklists, and documentation.
  • Ability to follow established processes while also contributing to their continuous improvement.
  • Clear written communication skills for documentation and internal enablement.
  • Comfortable managing intake requests and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
  • Experience supporting event marketing or webinar programs
  • Familiarity with tokens, templates, and scalable program frameworks
  • Experience working in a B2B marketing environment
  • Exposure to change management or internal communications

What You'll Do

  • Powering Campaign Execution
    • Support the execution of marketing campaigns by managing list imports for events and programs, ensuring data accuracy and readiness
    • Own intake and complete program builds for select stakeholders, helping teams move faster while staying aligned to best practices
    • Clone approved program templates and populate program data using provided token information for review and approval
  • Ensuring Quality, Consistency & Scale
    • Review and QA programs built by teams with Marketo access, helping maintain a high bar for quality, consistency, and scalability
    • Partner with Marketing Operations Manager to document and reinforce campaign operations standards across the organization
  • Building the Foundation for Growth
    • Create, maintain, and improve program build guides and operational documentation
    • Support change management communications when processes, tools, or standards evolve, helping teams understand what’s changing and why
    • Contribute ideas to improve workflows, templates, and operational efficiency as the marketing organization grows

If you’re detail-oriented, process-minded, and excited to grow your career at the intersection of marketing, systems, and scale, we’d love to hear from you!

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
