4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create global marketing plans for Xbox Game Studios titles and franchises.
- Develop and execute go-to-market and lifecycle marketing plans for Xbox Game Studios games on Console, PC, and Game Pass.
- Manage key beats and supporting assets for go-to-market activities.
- Collaborate with game publishers and internal teams to ensure successful marketing execution.
- Provide guidance on sales forecasting, budgets, SKU strategy, launch timing, and lifecycle planning.
- Drive scheduling, agenda, meeting notes, and action items for recurring meetings with partner teams.

- 7+ years of video games marketing experience, ideally with console and PC.
