About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to lead social media execution, develop content strategy, manage paid advertising campaigns, and support product marketing initiatives for a fast-growing AI-powered platform operating in the creator economy and social commerce space.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a startup-style environment and can combine strategy with execution across multiple marketing channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
  • Own and manage social media presence across platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, and X

  • Plan and execute structured content calendars aligned with growth goals

  • Develop short-form video strategies targeting e-commerce brands and agencies

  • Monitor engagement performance and continuously optimize content output

Content Strategy
  • Build and execute a consistent multi-channel content strategy

  • Translate product features into compelling educational and conversion-focused content

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop thought leadership content

  • Produce:

    • short-form videos

    • carousels

    • product explainers

    • insight-driven posts

    • creator economy commentary

Paid Advertising Campaigns
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as:

    • TikTok

    • Meta

    • LinkedIn

    • Google (optional but preferred)

  • Test creatives, audiences, and messaging variations

  • Improve acquisition efficiency and conversion performance

  • Track and report campaign performance metrics

Product Marketing
  • Support the go-to-market strategy for new feature releases

  • Help position AI-driven creator discovery and outreach tools clearly in the market

  • Develop messaging frameworks for agencies and e-commerce brands

  • Contribute to landing page messaging and campaign narratives

Growth & Analytics
  • Track and report on key marketing KPIs

  • Identify opportunities to scale acquisition and engagement

  • Run experiments across content, positioning, and paid channels

  • Support pipeline generation and brand awareness initiatives

Ideal Candidate ProfileRequired
  • 2–5+ years of experience in growth marketing, social media marketing, or product marketing

  • Strong experience managing social media for SaaS, creator economy, or e-commerce brands

  • Experience running paid acquisition campaigns

  • Ability to create high-performing short-form content

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Strong execution capability (not strategy-only)
