Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and engaging Matcha Whisker to join our team! In this role, you will interact directly with customers, preparing and serving premium matcha while creating memorable customer experiences. Your love for matcha, deep understanding of tasting notes, and knowledge of Japanese culture will be key in delighting guests, educating them about matcha traditions, and ensuring every sip is special. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality matcha to customers

  • Share tasting notes and educate customers about matcha varieties

  • Communicate clearly and effectively to engage and entertain customers
