Develops process flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment layouts, HVAC, and plumbing designs. Supports construction administration, plan interpretation, field observations, client interaction, and coordination of project scope, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

with a focus on industrial process piping and HVAC rail projects looking to join the team in Seattle! This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a variety of
projects (fueling facilities, loading/unloading systems, maintenance
facilities, tank farms, pump houses, railyard operations)
- Develop plans,
studies, and detailed designs for industrial mechanical systems and building
systems
- Create process flow
diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, equipment layouts, and
HVAC/plumbing systems
- Assist construction
administration, interpret plans, observe operations, and ensure everything
meets specs
- Work directly with
clients
- Work with other
internal teams to define scope, manage budgets/schedules, and maintain quality
standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s
degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited program
- 6+
years of mechanical system design experience including piping, HVAC, plumbing,
and industrial processes
- PE
License
- Understanding
of construction documents, specifications, and industry standards
- Ability
to manage project scope, budgets, and schedules effectively

experience.
