Location: Remote (U.S. preferred)
Reports to: Head of Media
Company: Accelerated Growth Studio (AGS)

About Accelerated Growth Studio
Accelerated Growth Studio (AGS) is a performance marketing agency built for DTC brands ready to scale. We’ve taken brands from 7 to 8 figures by combining elite creative strategy, data-backed media buying, and relentless optimization. Our clients spend anywhere from $50K to $1M+ per month on paid social, and we move fast.

If you live and breathe Meta ads, understand the DTC funnel better than most founders, and thrive in a high-performance environment — this is for you.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Meta Media Buyer who’s both strategic and hands-on. You’ll own and optimize 5–10 brand accounts, working closely with our creative team and growth strategists to drive measurable revenue growth for clients.

You’re not just a button pusher — you’re a growth architect who can break down data, build scalable campaigns, and mentor junior buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Meta ad accounts for 5–10 DTC brands, managing budgets from $50K–$500K+/month.
  • Develop, launch, and scale paid social strategies across Meta with a deep understanding of creative testing frameworks, offer iteration, and funnel optimization.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to direct content strategy based on performance data (hooks, thumbstop ratios, retention, CTA performance).
  • Monitor performance daily, identify trends, and rapidly iterate toward CPA/CAC and MER targets.
  • Manage full-funnel performance: prospecting, retargeting, and LTV optimization.
  • Use data tools like Motion, Triple Whale, Polar, or Northbeam to extract actionable insights.
  • Lead client communication on performance insights, strategy shifts, and growth opportunities.
  • Document and refine media buying SOPs and testing frameworks for scale.
  • Mentor and support junior media buyers and analysts.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of direct Meta buying experience in a performance-driven DTC environment.
  • Proven track record of scaling DTC brands from <$100K to $1M+ monthly spend profitably.
  • Deep understanding of Meta auction dynamics, learning phases, and signal optimization.
  • Experience with CBO/ABO campaign architecture, UGC + creator ads, and creative iteration frameworks.
  • Proficint with analytics dashboards: Meta Ads Manager, Motion, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication skills — able to lead strategy calls and client presentations with confidence.
  • Bonus: Experience with TikTok, YouTube, or Google Ads.
  • Bonus: Agency experience working with 8- and 9-figure DTC brands.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent improvement in blended ROAS, MER, and CAC across assigned accounts.
  • Clear systems for creative iteration and scaling.
  • Proactive strategy and communication that builds client confidence and retention.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn insights into growth playbooks for the broader AGS team.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
