IS THIS YOU?

• You're a self-starting B2B sales professional who understands commercial clients -- their operational needs, their procurement processes, and the value of a long-term account relationship

• You have sales experience with commercial vans, trucks, or fleet vehicles -- or strong account management experience in a commercial environment -- and you're ready to bring that to the world's leading Sprinter brand

• You build client relationships that last beyond the sale and you take genuine pride in being a trusted resource for the businesses you serve

WHO WE ARE

Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.

Mercedes-Benz of Seattle is home to one of the most capable commercial vehicle lineups on the market -- and the Sprinter van is the centerpiece. From last-mile delivery to professional upfits to fleet operations, Seattle's commercial market is active and growing. The Commercial Account Manager is the person who connects that market to the right vehicles -- and builds the relationships that bring clients back for years.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive Sprinter van sales and commercial vehicle profitability -- selling new and pre-owned Sprinter vans, consistently meeting or exceeding dealership targets while conducting business ethically and with genuine care for every client

• Build and develop long-term client relationships -- consulting with commercial prospects to understand their payload, upfit, and operational requirements and presenting the right vehicle solutions

• Actively prospect and develop new business -- through outreach, online leads, referrals, and networking across Seattle's commercial and fleet community

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts -- staying in close contact post-sale, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction

• Manage all client activity through the CRM -- maintaining detailed, accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and account status

• Monitor the commercial vehicle market -- tracking industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to develop effective sales strategies and grow market share

• Collaborate with service, parts, and finance teams -- ensuring seamless client experiences across the full commercial vehicle ownership lifecycle

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting commercial vehicle sales

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ years of sales experience -- commercial van, truck, or fleet experience strongly preferred; fleet management or commercial account management backgrounds highly valued

• Demonstrates a high HQ (Hospitality Quotient) -- kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity

• Deep understanding of commercial client needs -- payload, upfitting, fleet operations, and business purchasing processes

• Strong CRM discipline and computer literacy -- you manage your pipeline and your accounts with accuracy and consistency

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills -- you build genuine client relationships and follow through on every commitment

• Self-starter with high energy and strong initiative -- commercial sales requires proactive outreach and you thrive in that environment

• Knowledge of automotive products, Sprinter van capabilities, and commercial vehicle industry trends a significant plus

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

WHAT WE OFFER

• Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance

• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options

• Paid time off and paid holidays

• Career growth -- strong commercial account managers at Swickard grow into fleet director and multi-store commercial leadership roles

• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

• The backing of one of the country's most recognized Mercedes-Benz dealer groups and the Sprinter brand's industry-leading commercial vehicle lineup
