Our client is looking for a dedicated Meta Specialist to join their dynamic team. The company is a prominent player in the digital marketing space for the nonprofit sector, having significantly expanded their impact and service offerings over the past few years. They are seeking a professional who can leverage paid social media to drive meaningful results for mission-driven organizations.

Responsibilities

The Meta Specialist will be entrusted with a portfolio of nonprofit clients, focusing on the following key areas:
  • Constructing, launching, and refining paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Crafting compelling ad copy and collaborating with internal teams to test and optimize creative assets.

  • Managing advertising accounts and budgets with strategic precision to ensure full utilization and platform compliance.

  • Analyzing campaign performance data using native platform dashboards and Google Analytics to extract actionable insights.

  • Developing and presenting comprehensive performance reports on a monthly or quarterly basis to internal teams and clients.

  • Partnering with account managers and nonprofit clients to ensure campaign strategies are perfectly aligned with overarching mission goals.

  • Remaining up-to-date with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and nonprofit advertising best practices.



Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working within a marketing agency environment.

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns, specifically within the Meta and LinkedIn ads platforms.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

  • A genuine passion for the digital marketing landscape and the nonprofit sector.

  • The capability to work autonomously in a remote setting, expertly managing multiple accounts and projects concurrently.

  • A collaborative mindset and a diverse perspective.

  • An entrepreneurial and independent work ethic.

Qualifications

  • Meta Blueprint Certification and/or LinkedIn Marketing certifications are highly desirable, though not mandatory.

  • Proficiency with Google Ads (including Search, Display, Video) and Google Analytics is considered a strong advantage.

  • Demonstrated competencies in:

    • Consistently meets deadlines by organizing tasks and managing priorities effectively.

    • Delivers polished, error-free work by maintaining high standards of accuracy.

    • Writes clearly and professionally, adapting tone for various audiences.

    • Works effectively with others, building trust through dependability and a positive attitude.

    • Plans and executes projects with clear timelines and accountability.
