We are hiring for a global top-tier digital asset exchange, serving millions of users across multiple continents. The company operates in a highly competitive, fast-moving market and is known for strong product execution, deep liquidity, and rapid global expansion.

As part of their international expansion strategy, they are strengthening their footprint in North America and LATAM, one of the most strategically important and regulated crypto markets globally.

The Country Lead will own end-to-end responsibility for the company’s market strategy, growth, and brand presence across NA/LATAM. This role acts as the primary driver for user growth, trading volume, ecosystem partnerships, and local market positioning, while working closely with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall country strategy, with clear ownership of trading volume growth, user acquisition, and market expansion
  • Lead and participate in online and offline marketing initiatives, including meetups, seminars, Web3 conferences, sponsorships, and KOL / VIP engagement events
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with local ecosystem stakeholders, including KOLs, media, Web3 projects, communities, and institutional or VIP clients
  • Drive localized marketing, branding, and user education initiatives to strengthen the company’s influence within the crypto ecosystem
  • Monitor and analyze NA/LATAM crypto market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape, translating insights into locally optimized growth strategies
  • Act as the key local representative, collaborating with global marketing, product, BD, and compliance teams
  • Track performance and provide regular reporting on market results and insights, with accountability for core KPIs such as trading volume, active users, and new user registrations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; background in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in NA or LATAM market leadership, business development, or market expansion roles
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, or internet platforms is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and digital asset exchange business models
  • Established local industry network the region (projects, media, KOLs, communities, institutions, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-border and multicultural teams
  • Proficiency in Chinese preferred but not required
  • Highly results-oriented, with strong execution capability and market sensitivity

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience as a Country Lead / Regional Head at an international crypto exchange or Web3 company
  • Familiarity with NA / LATAM regulatory frameworks or access to relevant compliance resources
  • Proven track record in community growth, strategic partnerships, or institutional client development
