About ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.

We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $11B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:

  • ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.

  • ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.

  • ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

How we work
  • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.

  • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.

  • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.

  • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.

  • Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.

What we offer
  • Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

  • Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

  • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.

  • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.

  • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.

  • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.

About the role

We're looking for a Mobile Growth Manager to own and scale our app acquisition and growth channels. This role will be hands-on in building, testing, and optimizing campaigns across mobile platforms—working cross-functionally with creative, product, lifecycle marketing, and data science. You’ll have the opportunity to drive measurable growth across installs, activation, and revenue, while connecting paid acquisition to the full app experience. We are already investing in mobile growth and want to scale this significantly with a more data-driven, experimentation-first approach.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute mobile growth strategies across key acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and emerging platforms)

  • Own campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and performance tracking end-to-end

  • Partner closely with creative teams to develop high-performing, platform-native ad creative (static, video, UGC)

  • Design and run experiments to improve install rate, activation, retention, and monetization

  • Work with product and lifecycle teams to optimize onboarding, conversion flows, and downstream engagement

  • Build and leverage attribution frameworks (SKAN, MMPs) to measure true performance and guide decision-making

  • Analyze performance and optimize campaigns based on CPI, CAC, LTV, payback period, and retention metrics

  • Identify and scale high-performing channels while quickly cutting underperforming ones

  • Stay up to date with platform changes, privacy updates, and emerging opportunities in mobile growth

Who you are

We're looking for exceptional individuals who combine analytical rigor with a strong performance mindset, who are excited by fast iteration and measurable impact. You’ll thrive with us if you:

  • Have hands-on experience managing mobile acquisition campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, or Google App Campaigns

  • Think beyond installs and optimize for full-funnel metrics like activation, retention, LTV, and revenue

  • Are comfortable working within mobile attribution constraints (SKAN, MMPs) and making decisions with imperfect data

  • Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new channels or programs from scratch

  • Collaborate effectively with creative, product, lifecycle, and data teams to drive growth

  • Take ownership and move quickly, balancing experimentation with execution

  • Communicate clearly and can translate performance into business outcomes (growth, revenue, efficiency)

What we offer

  • High-velocity innovation: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.

  • A truly global team: Collaboration with teammates across 30+ countries, a global customer footprint and office hubs in New York, London and Warsaw. Annual company offsite for the whole team to get together (the last one in Croatia!)

  • Remote first: We prioritize your talent, not your location, with structured asynchronous workflows for maximum impact and minimal meetings.

  • Continuous growth: Collaborate with AI leaders, shape your path, and contribute where you excel most.

Location

This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
