At Advanced Systems Group, we’re looking for a dynamic Motion Graphic Designer to bring inventive ideas, artistic flair, and exceptional technical skills to our fast-moving creative production team. What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end creation of stunning motion graphics, kinetic typography, and engaging animated videos for major social media campaigns, video platforms, and high-impact corporate content.

  • Collaborate with visionary team leads and stakeholders—translating ambitious ideas into compelling, executable motion content that breaks through the noise.

  • Champion the motion design identity, ensuring every asset you touch is on-brand and visually outstanding.

  • Build and optimize "Essential Graphics" templates in After Effects to empower seamless workflows and creative flexibility for the whole team.

  • Organize design assets with precision to enable effortless collaboration on projects and maintain high standards for every animation.

  • Apply your expertise in illustration, video editing, and deck design to support a wide array of creative initiatives.

  • Tackle urgent creative requests with calm, professionalism, and sharp problem-solving under pressure—your speed and agility keep projects on track.

  • Express your ideas and rationale clearly as you present designs, pitch concepts, and explain creative solutions to cross-functional teams.

  • Manage multiple fast-paced projects at once, keeping high-quality output flowing under tight, ever-changing deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and capacity to juggle multiple projects and urgent deadlines

  • Adaptability and creative agility in a rapidly evolving media landscape

  • Organizational superpowers and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting

  • Brilliant storytelling instincts—able to distill technical or data-heavy concepts into simple, captivating motion stories

  • Strong command of animation fundamentals (timing, pacing, easing, anticipation)

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Design, CS, or relevant experience

  • 6+ years of hands-on social content design—ideally in an agency, brand, or newsroom environment

  • Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and familiarity with Premiere, Photoshop, Cinema 4D

  • Experience leveraging Google generative AI models (Nano Banana, Veo, Flow) to push creative boundaries

  • In-depth understanding of each major social/video platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube) and what makes content shine there

  • Rigorous grasp of design fundamentals and current trends

  • Working knowledge of the Google App Suite

  • Proven experience collaborating on cross-team projects

  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite for developing static designs and templates

  • Familiarity with B2B and digital marketing creative best practices
