You will lead requirements sessions, map business processes, identify high-value AI automation opportunities, design conversational workflows, and guide clients through adopting autonomous agents across ITSM, security, HR, and enterprise operations.

This role focuses on shaping Moveworks use cases, defining conversational flows, structuring automations, and ensuring AI agents deliver meaningful, accurate, compliant outcomes. You will collaborate with developers, architects, and client leaders to turn business needs into intelligence-driven Moveworks solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops with IT, HR, Security, and business teams to understand service-delivery workflows.
  • Document current-state processes and design AI-enhanced future-state workflows.
  • Identify high-ROI use cases for Moveworks-based automations (password resets, software access, policy questions, security queries, HR onboarding/offboarding, knowledge automation, etc.).
  • Translate business requirements into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs.

Agentic AI Workflow Design

  • Define conversational flows, intent logic, natural-language experiences, and knowledge retrieval patterns.
  • Work closely with developers to design autonomous agent behavior, escalation paths, and automated actions.
  • Help develop and test prompts, guardrails, and response patterns to ensure AI accuracy and alignment with enterprise policies.
  • Participate in the design of multi-skill agent ecosystems supporting ITSM, HR, Security, and Facilities.

Platform & Data Enablement

  • Map Moveworks skills to enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Okta, O365, Workday, Jira, Slack, Teams, etc.).
  • Ensure knowledge bases, FAQs, policy libraries, and structured data sources are optimized for AI usage.
  • Support content evaluation, training data curation, and knowledge-validation efforts.

Governance, Quality & Adoption

  • Align AI implementations with enterprise governance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, ITIL, and internal security/compliance policies.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and output-quality review cycles for autonomous agent decisions.
  • Provide training, enablement, and change management support for client stakeholders.
  • Develop playbooks, process documentation, AI use case libraries, and adoption strategies.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in IT service delivery, HR operations, enterprise service management, or automation-focused consulting roles.
  • Experience working with conversational AI platforms such as Moveworks, MS Copilot, ServiceNow Virtual Agent, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, HRSD, or Security support processes, including incident/request workflows, approvals, knowledge management, and access provisioning.
  • Proven ability to run workshops, gather requirements, document workflows, and communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven automation opportunities.
  • Strong writing and communication skills for user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

 Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Moveworks implementations, skills, or enterprise integrations.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, AI governance, prompt engineering, and conversational UX design.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow (ITSM/HRSD/SecOps), Okta/Azure AD, Workday, or other enterprise platforms.
  • ITIL, HR certifications, or ServiceNow certifications.
  • Prior consulting experience, especially with large enterprise clients.
  • Understanding of AI adoption challenges, change management, and enterprise readiness.
