Pure IP, a BCM One company, is expanding its U.S. sales presence and looking for entrepreneurial National Account Executives who are energized by creating new business from the ground up. You’ll have the opportunity to own your territory, build your pipeline, and directly influence your financial success while developing channel partnerships that create meaningful growth for our partners. We’re looking for a true new-logo hunter who combines urgency and initiative with a consultative, value-based approach to selling, connecting customer challenges to business outcomes and turning strong relationships into shared growth.

Work Location: 

This is a remote position that will be based out of the Pacific Northwest, ideally Washington or Oregon state, and managing the local territory. This position must live and be authorized to work in the United States; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.

Travel:

25-50% Domestic Travel Annually

What You Will Do:

  • Build a book of business from the ground up, driving net-new logos and self-generated pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Develop and cultivate strong channel relationships that create mutual opportunities and drive financial growth for Pure IP and our partners.
  • Lead consultative, value-based sales conversations that uncover business challenges, quantify impact, engage key decision-makers, and connect solutions to meaningful customer outcomes.
  • Own your territory strategy, consistently managing prospecting activity, partner and customer engagement, pipeline, and forecasting.
  • Achieve sales and revenue goals while representing Pure IP’s business value and differentiation in customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events.

What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of relevant sales, business development, or channel experience within telecommunications, technology, or a related industry.
  • Proven success hunting and winning new-logo business and generating pipeline through proactive prospecting.
  • Experience building productive channel relationships and creating opportunities alongside partners.
  • Strong consultative and value-selling skills, with the ability to uncover business needs, qualify opportunities, articulate value, and align solutions to customer outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven, with the initiative and urgency to create opportunities rather than wait for them.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging senior-level customers and partners.

Compensation:

$90,000 to $120,000 base salary.  Commissions and benefits will be in addition to the base salary. Compensation at BCM One varies depending on a wide variety of factors, including and not limited to: office location, role, skill set, degree/certifications, and level of experience.
