Due to a promotion, we are looking for a driven National Account Manager to lead sales and growth strategies for Albertsons. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio size greater than 50 million annually with significant growth potential and build strategic partnerships to maximize sales and profitability.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the Albertsons relationship across divisions, driving profitable growth and execution of the annual plan
  • Build and deliver joint business plans, including pricing, promotions, and assortment strategy
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with trade and pricing guidelines
  • Develop division-level account plans with clear strategies and measurable outcomes
  • Partner cross-functionally to align marketing, sales, and field execution
  • Support and guide field sales teams on key initiatives, events, and issue resolution
  • Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and optimize promotional effectiveness
  • Manage reporting, forecasting, and key account data to inform decisions
  • Contribute to innovation by providing customer and category insights
  • Travel up to 25%, home based office ideally living in WA, OR, or ID 

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7+ years in sales, national accounts, or category management in the CPG food industry
  • Strong leadership, joint business strategic planning, financial acumen, and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience managing trade spend and promotions
  • Experience working cross functionally

What We Offer:


The base salary range for this position is $107,000 to $178,000 annually, with eligibility for a 25% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance and car allowance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
