About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate React Native iOS Developer to join our mobile engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications for iOS using React Native. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native for iOS platforms
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into pixel-perfect interfaces
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries/services
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness
  • Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth app performance
  • Work closely with backend developers and product teams to define and implement new features
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile development
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in mobile app development
  • Strong experience with React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of iOS development ecosystem and mobile architecture
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API)
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with native iOS development (Swift or Objective-C)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Detox)
  • Understanding of app deployment processes on the App Store
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or product-based environment

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 49,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 172,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
