Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
  • 4-day work week (1.0 FTE)
  • Full-scope OB/GYN practice
  • Robotic Surgery available
  • Strong multidisciplinary support from experienced Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and dedicated surgical schedulers
  • 3-4 call shifts per month
  • Excellent relationships with Gyn/Onc, Uro/Gyn, MFM, and Infertility MDs in the community
  • Great peer-to-peer support
  • Opportunity to teach medical students
  • EPIC EMR
  • Up to $40,000 in bonuses with no repayment clauses for eligible external candidates

Required Qualifications:
  • Board Certification or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Unrestricted WA State Medical License or the ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Current WA DEA certificate required prior to start date
  • Training or Experience in EPIC EMR

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $291,500 - $501,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
