Provide day-to-day HR administrative support at a distribution center: process time punches, prepare payroll exports, manage leaves and access (C-Cure), maintain HR files and training records, assist with orientations, data entry, and other HR tasks.

Hours are Monday-Friday (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) and no weekends.
This position is responsible for providing day to day support to the Eau Claire Distribution Center HR Team. Available to answer questions on various HR related topics, and effectively communicate with applicants, managers and team members.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter/adjust team members’ time clock punches
- Facilitate payroll readiness and exporting weekly
- Manage vacations and Leave of Absences in Workbrain and Spreadsheets
- Write up and enter Payroll Information Forms for Team Member changes
- Gather and Organize Payroll packet weekly to send to the General Office Payroll Department
- Manage C-Cure system for existing and terminated team members turnstile access
- File/Scan/Upload all team member information into online team member files
- Enter/Remove training modules for team members as requested by management
- Enter/Remove Attendance and Conduct items for team members as requested by management
- Review merit reviews, payroll information forms, new Team Member packets, and any other payroll paperwork for accuracy.
- Create various certificates for Team Member Anniversaries, Team Member of The Week/Month, etc.

Position Requirements:
- Strong Organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, along with good listening skills
- Self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Great attitude and the ability to adapt to change
- Able to use Microsoft Office, basic typing and computer skills
- Previous payroll experience is a plus, but is not required
