We’re looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing Client Success team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain experience in project management and client service. As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will:
• Support the onboarding process by assisting clients as they begin working with Luxury Presence
• Help organize and schedule client calls, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
• Communicate project timelines and next steps to both clients and internal teams
• Gather client materials and ensure all required assets are submitted on time
• Assist with tracking project progress and keeping clients informed throughout their onboarding journey
• Work closely with Onboarding Specialists to ensure a seamless transition into their new website and marketing platform

- 0-1 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related role (internships welcome!)
