What You'll Do
- Execute routine operational tasks related to item setup, catalog maintenance, and data updates across internal systems
- Monitor queues, reports, and dashboards to identify data issues, errors, or missing information and take action following defined procedures
- Investigate and resolve basic operational or customer-impacting issues within established SLAs, escalating more complex issues as needed
- Support product launches and operational initiatives by completing assigned tasks and checklists
- Pull, validate, and organize data for recurring reports and operational reviews
- Maintain documentation, trackers, and standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Partner with peers and immediate stakeholders to ensure timely completion of operational deliverables
- Clearly communicate status, questions, and issues to your manager or designated leads
What You'll Need
- BA/BS degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in an operations, analyst, coordinator, or support role (internships included)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
- Basic analytical skills with comfort working in Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and ask questions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for pets and their health

- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or healthcare-related operations
The hourly range for this role is $21.63 - $36.05.
- The specific hourly range offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k.
