The Senior Program Manager will lead customer segmentation and marketing strategies for Chewy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance site experience and drive measurable results.
Job Description:
At Chewy, it is our mission to become the most trusted and convenient online destination for pet parents and our partners vets and service providers alike. Our success is measured by the happiness of the people and pets we serve, not simply by the amount of pet supplies we deliver. That's why we continue to think of outside-the-Chewy-box ways to delight, surprise, and thank our loyal pet lovers!
Our Opportunity:
Chewy is looking for a Sr. Program Manager - Segmentation and Channels to join our Site Experience team, based in Boston or Seattle. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a core workstream for the Chewy Site Experience team and deliver personalized, relevant, and consistent experiences across Chewy.com.
In this role, you will own onsite content and merchandising for core Chewy lifecycle segments and offsite marketing strategies-driving alignment, execution, and measurable results across the site. You'll partner closely with teams across Product, CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative, App, and Analytics to translate lifecycle and marketing channel insights into fit-for-purpose strategies and experiences that reflect where customers are in their journey with Chewy, and how they arrive on site.
You'll be the central point of contact for segmented merchandising and integrated marketing initiatives, ensuring the site experience is grounded in customer needs, informed by data, and designed to deliver scaled impact. From designing tests on the Chewy.com Homepage to standing up targeted content strategies across the shopping funnel, you'll help shape how customers experience the warmth, care, and delight of the Chewy brand in every click. Does this sound like you? If so, we would love to hear from you! Come run with the Pack!
