Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to build a single source of truth for headcount, utilization, and space capacity, and use those insights to inform seating models, room mix, and ancillary space decisions through Space Utilization Health reporting
- Partner with business leaders to translate team growth, work patterns, and headcount forecasts into seating, capacity, and space plans, leading data-driven planning for expansions, densifications, and re-stacking efforts
- Develop and maintain a Workplace & Facilities Hub Scorecard that brings together utilization data, KPI performance, listening signals, and audit findings into a single view of site health and operational performance
- Establish and lead a regular review cadence with business leaders and cross-functional partners to compare plans to actuals, review Hub Scorecards, and align on space, capacity, and operational adjustments
- Lead the Workplace listening program (VOC, leader and site feedback) and translate those signals into measurable improvements in space planning and Workplace & Facilities operations
- Develop and run an audit framework to assess adherence to operating standards and review high-spend service categories, using findings to drive accountability and continuous improvement across Workplace & Facilities

- Track record of building SOPs, RACIs, workflows, and playbooks that bring structure to ambiguous environments and enable teams to scale through clear systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.); experience working with utilization or badging data preferred
Preferred:
- Experience in occupancy planning, workplace analytics, or capacity modeling using utilization, badging, or room data to inform space and seating decisions
- Experience supporting capital projects, restacks, or large-scale space changes and translating those efforts into sustainable operating models and standards
- Experience designing or improving operational workflows, SOPs, RACIs, or playbooks that create clarity and scalability in multi-site environments
- Familiarity with sensor roll out or data integration
- Experience partnering with Finance on budgeting, spend analysis, or cost optimization, with a focus on improving operational efficiency through data and process
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
