The base salary range for this role is $110,500 - $176,000.00.

What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of 5 full-stack engineers creating page experiences, pet type tooling, structural SEO changes, and AI driven and informed automation with control over the long-term roadmap.
- Define, document, and communicate detailed product requirements for new SEO features and enhancements by translating customer and business insights into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications. Partner with engineering and design to ensure solutions are technically sound, customer-focused, and measurable.
- Leverage a deep understanding of customer behavior and SEO best practices to craft world-class experiences for pet parents.
- Own and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs, from concept through execution.
- Set ambitious but achievable objectives, establish measurement cadences, and communicate outcomes broadly to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
- Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and SEO stakeholders to deliver both customer-facing features and internal SEO tooling that drive measurable growth.
- Champion SEO principles within product development, identifying and implementing scalable solutions for crawlability, indexation, and technical performance.
- Support and lead experiments using A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and optimize experiences.
What You'll Need:
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on SEO or growth-oriented roles.
- BS, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze, communicate and present metrics effectively to support recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to inspire collaboration and build alignment across functions.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO, including both front-end and back-end implementation, and experience driving successful SEO initiatives from strategy to launch.
- Experience with product road mapping and backlog management in an Agile environment.
- Experience with AI workflows, technologies (n8n, make.com, or other workflow management systems), A/B testing AI driven solutions

- A passion for solving customer problems and delivering delightful, high-impact experiences at scale.
- Fluency in SQL and/or data visualization tools like Tableau.
The base salary range for this role is $110,500 - $176,000.00.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
