Operations Coordinator - Full Time
Four Seasons Hotel Seattle
Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for an Operations Coordinator who has a passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the best-in-class service experiences. This position will report to the Learning & Development Manager and Director of Food & Beverage.
The Operations Coordinator will receive first –hand experience in one of our operational departments (Food & Beverage or Rooms) in the hotel. In this role, they will be working day to day tasks directed by the Learning & Development Manager and gain exposure to the hotel operations to assist with administrative work within Food & Beverage.

Key Elements of the Job
- Assist the Regional Director of People & Culture and Learning & Development Manager to communicate with department heads with planning, implementing, and overseeing operational procedures that match with Four Seasons service standards.
- Coordinate daily operations standards trainings across multiple departments (Guest Services, Goldfinch Tavern, In Room Dining, Concierge, and Reservations)
- Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure efficient and effective communication.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete assigned tasks by both Learning & Development and Director of Food & Beverage
- Perform routine audits and inspections to ensure that facilities, equipment, and staff are maintaining operational and cleanliness standards.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Previous Customer Service Experience Preferred
- Previous Hotel or Resort Experience Preferred
- Candidate should be flexible, eager to learn, and hands-on
- Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
- Strong administrative, communication, delegation and interpersonal skills required.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a Full Time Fixed Term position that will be located on-site, with the option to perform some tasks remotely. Weekends and Holidays as necessary for the successful completion of the role's responsibilities.
