Operations Coordinator

Zeno is seeking a highly motivated Operations Coordinator for our Seattle (South Lake Union) office. In this role, you will:

  • Serve as office manager and carry out day-to-day functions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead planning for events such as team-building activities, large meetings and team off-sites.
  • Facilitate a productive, creative office environment where people are able to complete their work.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a positive and inviting atmosphere. 
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain operational processes and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.  

Key Qualifications and Skills  

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in office management, administration, or principal management 
  • Experience in event planning of large meetings/gatherings
  • Knowledge of business management principles, practices, and procedures 
  • Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures 
  • Experience in a start-up environment a plus 

Job Functions  

  • Position requires in-office presence in Seattle (South Lake Union) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, remote work is optional on Mondays and Fridays. 
  • Motor Abilities: Sitting/standing for extended periods, gripping, fine motor control (hands) 
  • Physical requirements: Ability to safely lift up to 15 pounds 
  • Special Senses: Visual and audio 
  • Work Conditions: Typing, standing/sitting working environment of >8 hr/day 
  • Travel: Travel is required, 0-10% 

Compensation and Benefits 

The anticipated salary band for this position is $60,000-$100,000. The final job level and compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, and other business considerations.
