Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds high-performing teams, and is obsessed with operational excellence? CloudKitchens is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee 5-8 facilities within our CSS region. In this critical role, you’ll lead a team of Associate Operations Managers, optimize end-to-end processes, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers and partners.

What you’ll do

As a Regional Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing Operations Across Sites: Oversee day-to-day operations of 8 CloudKitchens facilities within your region, ensuring consistent performance and high standards.

  • Leading High-Performing Teams: Hire, train, and coach hourly staff and salaried site-level managers to execute flawlessly and grow professionally.

  • Optimizing Fulfillment and Operations Processes: Continuously improve our order fulfillment service with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintaining Operational Discipline: Own the P&L for your region, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive financial performance.

  • Driving Customer Success:

    • Support onboarding of new customers

    • Resolve operational support issues on-site

    • Partner with sales to backfill vacant kitchens

    • Build strong relationships with 3PL partners

  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate cross-functionally to shape product roadmaps, close feedback loops, and escalate/resolve issues effectively.

  • Ensuring Compliance & Safety: Maintain all facility permits, licenses, and compliance with food safety and building standards.

What we’re looking for

We're looking for someone who embodies these core competencies:

  • Strategic Problem Solver – You're great at breaking down complex problems, prioritizing solutions, and making smart decisions under pressure.
  • Process Builder / Manager – You design scalable solutions and use data to drive ongoing improvement and performance.
  • Real-Time Operations Leader – You stay calm under pressure and act fast when the unexpected happens.
  • People Manager – You're employee-obsessed, capable of inspiring, developing, and leading teams in an operational environment.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, facilities management, and hospitality experience is ideal
  • Experience managing frontline teams, preferably in multi-site environments
  • Proven ability to own KPIs and drive measurable improvements
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and be on-site regularly

Knowledge of P&L management and compliance practices is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

The base salary for this role starts at: USD $90,000k

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Flexible Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
