Additional Compensation Details:

  • $24 per hour!
  • Potential 90-day performance-based raise
  • Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure

Job Description

  • Answer and assist all incoming calls from internal and external customers
  • Print and maintain customer orders daily
  • Create warehouse/production labels daily as needed
  • Enter/complete required paperwork? for inter-company transfers
  • Enter received product quantities into company’s front-end systems
  • Participate in special projects necessary for the departments and or company
  • Respond to inquiries and refer to proper manager
  • May provide back up in other areas of the operations and or administrative departments
  • Maintain regular communications with all necessary departments to insure operations are functioning satisfactorily
  • Support all shipping and receiving administrative functions? – what are they
  • Record and deposit any customer payments from will call or driving staff into office safe

Qualifications

  • Intermediate Computer Skills: Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ten Key by touch / 9,000+ key strokes per hour
  • Proven problem-solving skills able to deal with a variety of details simultaneously
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently
  • Proven interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
  • Knowledge of inventory tracking systems, AS400
  • Must be skilled in time management and be capable of meeting hourly/ daily deadlines
