Lead end-to-end Oracle CLM implementation and rollout projects. Provide stakeholder management, user training, change management, and functional support for legal, finance, procurement, and contract teams.

McBride Consulting has an exciting opportunity for an Oracle CLM Functional Consultant. You will lead end-to-end implementation and rollout projects for Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management modules. In this role, you will collaborate closely with legal, finance, and procurement teams to gather business requirements, design workflows, and configure system solutions that align with corporate or public sector procurement regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- System Configuration: Configure and support Oracle CLM modules (Enterprise Contracts) alongside related core modules like Purchasing, Sourcing, and Self-Service Procurement.
- Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops with stakeholders to capture business processes and document requirements into Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Workflow Design: Define complex approval hierarchies, security roles, document styles, clause libraries, and contract templates.
- Fit-Gap Analysis: Conduct fit-gap assessments to map out future-state solutions using a configuration-first approach to minimize custom coding.
- Testing & Deployment: Coordinate Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Data Migration: Strategy planning and execution for migrating supplier data, open purchase orders, and legacy contracts into the new Oracle environment.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside technical teams on complex integrations (such as Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle EBS.
Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, change management guidance, and user training capability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5–7+ years of functional implementation experience with Oracle ERP systems, specifically focusing on EBS or Fusion or Procurement and CLM modules.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Oracle Sourcing, iProcurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Enterprise Contracts.
- Configure and support Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) modules — Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Contract Repository
- Gather and document business requirements from legal, procurement, and contract teams
- Design contract workflows, approval hierarchies, and clause libraries
- Lead fit-gap analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications
- Support UAT, training, and change management for end users
- Coordinate with technical team on configuration vs. customization decisions
