4:30pm Start

The Role

We are seeking hard-working and reliable warehouse workers to join our growing operation. In this role, you will pull partial orders and prepare them for delivery to customers; and any other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To:

  • Pick orders via headset in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice pick system
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy
  • Follow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, 35-45 degrees
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs frequently
  • Ability to work without direct supervision and prioritize activities under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to actively engage in continuous improvement activities
  • Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to adhere to all food and safety protocols and procedures  

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Warehouse experience is a plus but not required
