About XBOW

Build the future of offensive security with XBOW. Attackers are already using AI to move faster than defenders can react—we’re creating the platform that puts security ahead in the arms race. Our AI-powered system autonomously discovers, validates, and even exploits vulnerabilities, giving organizations proof-backed results in hours instead of weeks.

Founded by Oege de Moor, creator of GitHub Copilot, and backed by Sequoia, Altimeter, and other leading investors, XBOW is applying cutting-edge AI to one of the world’s most urgent problems. In just over a year, our AI—built by a world-class AI team and legendary security researchers—has uncovered thousands of real-world zero-days across the software billions rely on and achieved the #1 ranking on HackerOne’s global leaderboard.

We’re a team of builders, hackers, and researchers who thrive on solving problems others think are impossible. If you want to push the boundaries of AI, reshape how security is done, and join the group defining this new era of defense — we’d love to talk.

The Role

XBOW is looking for an Organic Growth Manager to own non-paid acquisition and compounding growth channels across search, content, and emerging discovery platforms. This role is responsible for building durable demand systems that scale alongside the business.

As one of the earliest growth hires, you’ll shape how XBOW approaches organic acquisition, experimentation, and long-term audience development.

What You’ll Do

Organic Growth Strategy

  • Own organic growth strategy across SEO, GEO, content, and platform-native discovery channels.

  • Identify high-leverage growth opportunities grounded in user intent, search behavior, and emerging AI-driven discovery patterns.

  • Build scalable content and discovery systems that compound over time.

SEO & Content Performance

  • Execute on-page, technical, and content SEO initiatives that drive sustained traffic growth.

  • Partner with Creative to make brand narratives discoverable without sacrificing quality.

  • Continuously test, measure, and iterate on content formats, structures, and distribution strategies.

Analytics, Experimentation & Insights

Define and track key organic performance metrics across traffic, engagement, and pipeline contribution.

  • Translate algorithm updates and platform shifts into clear strategic actions.

  • Surface insights that inform broader marketing, content, and product strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Social Media to amplify high-performing content and reinforce distribution loops.

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product teams to align growth initiatives with customer needs and messaging.

  • Share learnings and frameworks that improve how the entire marketing team operates.

What You Bring
  • 6–10+ years of experience in organic growth, SEO, or content-led acquisition roles.

  • Deep understanding of modern search and discovery beyond keywords and GEO.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and experimentation frameworks.

  • Experience building organic growth engines at SaaS, or content-driven companies.

  • Ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution.

  • Experience in cybersecurity or highly technical domains is a plus.
