We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Paid Media & Acquisition Strategist to drive revenue-based outcomes through high-impact media strategies aligned to our business priorities. This role will serve as a key partner across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and Analytics teams to ensure cohesive planning, execution, and performance measurement of paid media campaigns. You will be responsible for building data-driven acquisition strategies, aligning messaging and content to customer journeys, and ensuring precision in audience targeting, market selection, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end acquisition strategy across digital channels (e.g., search, social, display, video, native) to acquire new customers and drive revenue.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product marketing, analytics, sales, and regional teams to align campaign execution with customer journey stages and business goals.

  • Develop audience strategies leveraging first- and third-party data, behavioral insights, and market segmentation.

  • Create and manage forecasting and budget models to ensure efficient investment and scalable growth.

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns in real time, using data to inform decisions and ensure ROI targets are met.

  • Translate business priorities into actionable media plans and performance KPIs.

  • Build testing roadmaps to validate creative, messaging, and targeting hypotheses.

  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media acquisition.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue and business outcomes through paid media.

  • Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, audience targeting, and performance analytics.

  • Proficiency with media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DSPs) and marketing analytics tools.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

  • Experience managing budgets and developing accurate forecasts.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to execute and optimize campaigns.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $113,500 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
