About DeleteMe:

DeleteMe is the leader in proactive privacy protection. We help security teams reduce their human attack surface by continuously monitoring and removing exposed personal data (PII) from the open web — the very data threat actors use to launch social engineering, phishing, Gen-AI deepfake, doxxing campaigns, physical threats, and identity fraud.

Operating as a fast-growing, global SaaS company, DeleteMe serves both consumers and enterprises. DeleteMe has completed over 100 million opt-out removals, helping customers reduce risks associated with identity theft, spam, doxxing, and other cybersecurity threats. We deliver detailed privacy reports, continuous monitoring, and expert support to ensure ongoing protection.

DeleteMe acts as a scalable, managed defense layer for your most vulnerable attack vector: your people. That’s why 30% of the Fortune 100, top tech firms, major banks, federal agencies, and U.S. states rely on DeleteMe to protect their workforce.

DeleteMe is led by a passionate and experienced team and driven by a powerful mission to empower consumers with privacy.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a builder to assist in launching and scaling DeleteMe's technology alliance program. You will turn our integrations with identity, security, HR, and cloud platforms into a repeatable go-to-market engine. Security and IT buyers already run their stack on these platforms, so the right alliance motion puts DeleteMe where those decisions happen: inside identity onboarding flows, security workflows, HR on/offboarding, and co-sold marketplace deals.

Reporting to the Director of Partner Sales & Alliances, you will prioritize technology partners, define integration-led joint offers, equip partner field teams to position DeleteMe alongside their platforms, and build the program infrastructure that makes alliances a core driver of pipeline.

Job Responsibilities:

-Assist in building and prioritizing the technology alliance roadmap across identity (SSO, SCIM, IAM/IGA), SIEM/SOAR, ITSM, HRIS, and cloud security platforms, ranking partners by customer overlap, integration depth, and co-sell potential.
-Partner with product and engineering to launch and maintain integrations and joint use cases, such as automated enrollment and deprovisioning through identity providers, HR-driven onboarding, and alert-driven exposure remediation for SOC teams.
-Turn integrations into co-sell motions: define joint value propositions, reference architectures, and integration-led plays that give partner reps a clear reason to bring DeleteMe into existing deals.
-Drive marketplace and listing strategy across hyper-scaler marketplaces along with integration marketplaces such as the Okta Integration Network. Prove the playbook with one ecosystem, then replicate it across the others.
-Develop and run partner enablement: technical and sales training, solution briefs, demo environments, and playbooks that let partner solutions architects and field sellers position DeleteMe with confidence.
-Build relationships with partner alliance leaders, solutions architects, and field sellers so DeleteMe becomes a standard recommendation in their account plans and priority lists.
-Coordinate joint GTM efforts with sales, marketing, product, and customer success, including co-marketing, webinars, security conference presence, and joint customer references.
-Represent DeleteMe at partner events, security summits, and joint customer engagements.
-Build reporting on alliance-sourced and influenced pipeline, integration adoption, co-sell win rates, and program ROI, and use it to decide where to invest next.

Job Requirements:

-A minimum of 5+ years in technology partnerships, alliances, or channel roles in B2B SaaS. Cybersecurity, identity, or adjacent experience is strongly preferred.
-Working fluency in enterprise security and IT architecture, including SSO and provisioning concepts (SAML, OIDC, SCIM), SIEM/SOAR, ITSM, and HR systems. You can hold a credible technical conversation with a security architect.
-Experience scaling an integration-led partner program, including co-sell motions and marketplace listings (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
-Operational discipline: comfortable designing processes, aligning sellers and product teams, and building repeatable playbooks from scratch.
-Able to work closely with engineers to prioritize integration backlogs and translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
-Excellent communication with partner executives, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
-Strategic thinker who executes tactically and thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments.
-A can-do attitude and a solid sense of humor.
-Bonus: Experience in public sector (SLED/FED) technology partner environments.
-Additional Bonus: Strong familiarity with GuidePoint Security, Carahsoft, SHI, Evotek, VLCM, Tech Data, and others in the security industry.
-This role requires domestic and international travel. All standard travel expenses will be covered in accordance with the company's travel reimbursement policy.

What We Offer:

20 days paid time off
15 sick days
12 company-paid holidays
