The Partner Growth Manager is responsible for onboarding, enabling, retaining, and growing strategic reseller partnerships. This is a quota-carrying role focused on driving revenue growth through BizLibrary's partner ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has experience managing technology partnerships within the HCM, payroll, HR technology, benefits technology, or learning technology space and understands how to build and execute go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, pipeline generation, and long-term partner success.

This role serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned partners, guiding them from initial onboarding through ongoing enablement, business planning, and revenue growth initiatives. Success in this position requires strong channel sales experience, strategic thinking, partner enablement expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the lifecycle of assigned reseller partners, including onboarding, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies aligned with partner objectives and BizLibrary growth goals.
  • Translate partnership commitments established during the sales process into actionable onboarding, enablement, and growth plans.
  • Build strong executive and operational relationships within partner organizations.
  • Drive partner-generated pipeline and revenue through co-selling efforts, partner enablement, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and ensure alignment on growth objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through increased adoption, new offerings, and broader market penetration.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to support partner success and revenue growth.
  • Monitor partner performance against established KPIs, pipeline goals, and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of partner-driven revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, channel account management, strategic alliances, or business development within a SaaS environment.
    • Experience managing partnerships with HCM providers, payroll providers, HRIS platforms, PEOs, or HR technology resellers.
    • Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying or revenue-focused role.
    • Knowledge of the HR technology ecosystem and channel sales motion.
    • Proven experience creating and executing go-to-market strategies with external partners.
    • Track record of growing partner revenue, improving partner engagement, and driving measurable business outcomes.
    • Strong consultative selling, business planning, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
    • Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
    • Experience onboarding and growing both newly established partnerships and mature partner relationships.
