Careers at Yoodli

We’re on a mission to help people communicate with confidence

Yoodli is an AI-powered experiential learning platform that uses AI roleplays to personalize real-life practice and transform how organizations learn and prepare. We’re pioneering a new category, AI Roleplays, because we believe nobody should miss out on the opportunities they deserve because of how they communicate. Static content doesn’t create behavior change. Practice does.

We’ve raised $60M, including a $40M Series B led by WestBridge Capital, backed by Madrona, Neotribe, Cercano, and incubated at the Allen Institute for AI. Our customers include Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, RingCentral, SAP, FranklinCovey, KornFerry, Sandler Training, Toastmasters, and many more, with learners in over 150 countries. We’re headquartered in the heart of Seattle, and we’re having a lot of fun along the way. We value humility, a bias for action, and the belief that we win together.

The Role: Partner Manager

We’re hiring a Partner Manager to own a high-volume book of training, coaching, and enablement partners who deliver Yoodli-powered programs to their clients’ employees. You’ll manage dozens of active partners. Your impact comes from designing scaled enablement, one-to-many resources, and repeatable onboarding that get partners selling and delivering Yoodli efficiently. You’ll also elect to go deeper with a subset of high-potential partners, running account mapping and direct expansion plays where the opportunity warrants the investment. You operate with an account manager mindset: incubating partners for sustained growth rather than transacting and moving on. This is a foundational role on a growing partnerships team with room to grow as the channel scales.

What You’ll Do
  • Build scaled enablement. Design and run one-to-many enablement: webinars, onboarding, certification paths, templates, and self-serve resources that activate partners efficiently and reduce the need for one-to-one handling.
  • Activate and grow partners. Drive license orders aligned to partner programs, ensure partners reach a successful first program delivery, and identify expansion as programs mature. Manage annual partner program renewals as well as deal registrations.
  • Go deeper selectively. With a self-selected subset of high-potential partners, run account mapping to surface enterprise opportunities, then evaluate and route referrals to AEs and support co-sell efforts.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally. Work across AE, CSM, Support, Marketing, and Finance to deliver for partners. Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and partner data quality in HubSpot.
You’re a Fit If You…
  • Bring 3 to 5 years in partnerships, channel sales, partner enablement, or a hybrid AE/CSM role, ideally managing partners at volume
  • Have carried a revenue quota or a pipeline/activation number and have a track record of hitting it
  • Demonstrated experience building scaled, repeatable enablement (webinars, onboarding programs, self-serve content) rather than relying solely on one-to-one relationship management
  • Are organized and systems-minded enough to manage dozens of active relationships and a long tail without dropping balls
  • Bring CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred) and comfort with partner tooling such as Crossbeam and enablement platforms
  • Communicate well across internal teams and with partner stakeholders
  • Preferred: experience in SaaS, L&D, sales enablement, or the coaching/training industry
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% - 20% of the time to support partner related events and conferences.
Why Yoodli
  • On Target Earnings: $131,700 - $155,000, 70/30 base to variable split
  • Full benefits: healthcare, dental, vision, 401k, flexible PTO
  • High-impact, mission-driven work with direct customer feedback loops
  • Work with a humble, driven, deeply collaborative team
  • A product you’ll use and believe in, every single week

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
