About Endless Commerce

Endless Commerce is an AI-powered CommerceOS that helps consumer brands manage the chaos of omnichannel operations. We serve brands scaling from $5M to $100M+ in revenue, providing real-time inventory visibility, EDI and purchase order automation, and supply chain intelligence across DTC, wholesale, marketplaces, and retail channels.

Our clients include brands like EADEM, Great Jones, Heyday, Tin Can, Pattern Brands and more. We are a lean, scrappy operator team and we are moving fast.

The Role

You're responsible for making sure Endless is part of the conversation whenever consumer brand operators talk shop. That means working closely with companies that serve the same brands we do, from fractional ops agencies to other SaaS businesses, and helping lead our referral partnerships.

You'll make sure we show up in the right Reddit threads and Slack groups. And you'll build the relationships that put Endless at the heart of conversations about ops, EDI, ERPs, inventory and order management, and just-in-time inventory. This is a very public, external facing role and the right candidate is ready to represent a growing start-up online and in-person.

What You'll Own
  • Referral partnerships. Build and run our referral program with 3PLs, logistics providers, agencies, supply chain consultants and SaaS companies that serve our ICP. Keep in regular touch with partners and keep partner records current.

  • Referring out. When a client needs something we don't do, connect them with the right partner. Partners who get business from us send business back. You connect the dots on who might be a fit for who, which means staying close to our sales and operations teams.

  • Fractional operators. Build direct relationships with fractional ops leaders and agencies, both as partners and as a sales channel.

  • Customer referrals. Build a program that brings in one new customer for each existing customer.

  • Community. Show up where consumer operators talk, including Reddit, Slack groups and social, so Endless and our exec team stay part of those conversations.

  • Events. Work trade shows with the team, from prep to the show floor to follow-up, and decide what each new contact hears from us next.

You're a Great Fit If
  • You have 3–10 years of partnerships, community, lifecycle, client services and/or marketing operations experience

  • You love talking to people and remember names, faces and who needs what

  • You take ownership of relationships and don't wait for permission to run with them

  • You know when to automate and when a personal touch is worth the extra effort

  • You're organized and process-oriented, and creative in how you engage partners

  • You're hands-on: you write the emails, build the campaigns and run the day-to-day

Logistics
  • Reports to: Sam Rose, CEO

  • Full-time, remote with moderate business travel

  • Full benefits package including healthcare and 401k

  • Compensation: $120,000–$150,000

  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
