About Global Transformation Group

Global Transformation Group is the consulting sister organization of PMO Strategies, creators of the IMPACT Engine System™ and host of the PMO Strategies Podcast. With shared ownership, the two organizations operate collaboratively—ensuring our teams have access to the best training, tools, and resources to deliver high-IMPACT outcomes for our clients and students.

At Global Transformation Group, we turn vision into value. Our mission is to help forward-thinking organizations close the gap between strategy design and execution using the IMPACT Engine System™—a proven transformation framework that builds internal capability, accelerates performance, and delivers measurable business outcomes.

We help organizations accelerate strategy delivery by operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and change. From ambitious mid-sized companies to global enterprises, we enable clients to organize, operate, and deliver differently—so they can lead with greater agility, clarity, and confidence.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Regional Delivery Lead—a highly experienced, strategy-minded consultant who can lead complex transformation engagements, guide enterprise teams, and coach leaders to operate as high-performing business navigators. You will deliver and scale the IMPACT Engine System™ across client organizations, building lasting value from the inside out.

This is a contract-to-permanent role designed for professionals who want to have true ownership in transformation—not just advise, but implement. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with executives to build high-IMPACT organizations that deliver on what matters most.

What You’ll Do

Client Delivery & Strategic Leadership

  • Lead full lifecycle implementation of PMO and transformation work across a portfolio of clients and industries, delivering tangible strategic value.
  • Conduct discovery and business alignment sessions that clarify strategic priorities, reveal root causes, and ensure the right focus areas.
  • Build and validate business cases, transformation roadmaps, and service portfolios that guide organizational change and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Design and drive transformation programs that include operational improvements, delivery capability building, KPI implementation, and process optimization.
  • Facilitate strategic workshops and decision sessions that accelerate alignment, build trust, and unlock forward momentum.

Operationalize Strategy Execution

  • Define and evolve PMO and transformation office capabilities to become agile, outcome-focused delivery engines.
  • Establish lean governance structures and performance-driven portfolio management practices that increase speed and accountability.
  • Implement scalable, high-IMPACT solutions that quickly demonstrate business value and build credibility from day one.

Coaching & Change Enablement

  • Coach transformation teams and executives to embrace an agile, business-first delivery mindset rooted in a value-focused approach.
  • Assess and enable change readiness with cultural sensitivity, helping clients lead change with—not to—their people.
  • Model and mentor strategic thinking and adaptive leadership while balancing stakeholder coaching with hands-on delivery.
  • Mentor client-side leaders to become self-sustaining IMPACT Drivers, capable of driving change long after our engagement ends.
  • Lead junior consultants and internal delivery staff, fostering high-performance mindsets and collaborative delivery excellence.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and implement KPI tracking systems that align with value realization frameworks—not just outputs, but true business impact.
  • Conduct delivery retrospectives and lessons learned to inform future iterations and optimize client performance.
  • Evolve client impact roadmaps quarterly, guiding the next cycle of value creation based on real results, not theoretical goals.
  • Contribute to internal innovation, advancing our methodology, content, and tools as part of our collective consulting brain trust.

What You Bring

  • 8–12+ years of experience in PMO, strategy execution, or transformation delivery roles—ideally with a consulting or advisory background.
  • Deep expertise in program/portfolio management, organizational change, and transformation leadership across multiple functions.
  • Exceptional facilitation and executive communication skills, with the ability to guide complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong grounding in organizational change management, with proven strategies for aligning people, culture, and systems during transformation.
  • Experience across methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, SAFe, TOC, Waterfall, Lean, Planview, Planisware, Six Sigma).
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications preferred; Prosci or change certifications a strong plus.
  • IMPACT Engine System™ Certification preferred (support provided if not already certified).
  • Consulting-firm experience preferred, particularly in client-facing transformation roles or cross-functional engagements.
  • Systems thinker and fast synthesizer, with the ability to go from ambiguity to clarity and from vision to execution rapidly.

Ideal Candidate

You are a strategic operator who thrives on solving messy problems, simplifying complexity, and enabling real business outcomes. You connect dots others miss, build momentum quickly, and lead with both confidence and empathy. You don’t just “manage projects”—you shape organizations.

We operate like a start-up inside a mature consulting firm: high trust, low politics, and obsessed with impact. If you want autonomy, collaboration, and a platform to do the best work of your career—this is your seat.

Why Join Us (Instead of a Big Firm)?

Think of us as what the big consulting companies could be—with soul.

  • You implement transformation, not just recommend it.
  • No armies of analysts, no layers of red tape. You work directly with executives and our leadership team.
  • You grow your own thought leadership, not just your billing hours.
  • You’ll help refine the system, not just follow one.
  • You’ll work on what matters. High-impact transformation. Strategic enablement. Long-term capability building.

Career Growth & Development

  • Advance quickly into more senior roles or client advisory positions as you demonstrate mastery.
  • Become a Strategy Navigator™, our highest-tier designation for advisors who shape strategy, not just delivery.
  • Participate in internal innovation and thought leadership, including speaking, writing, and contributing to new IES tools and approaches.
  • Access IES certification, advanced coaching, and mastermind communities to stay sharp and continually evolve your own leadership.

Engagement Model

  • Contract-to-hire: Initial consulting engagement with a strong path to a permanent leadership position.
  • Virtual-first work model, with travel to client locations as needed.
  • Compensation aligned with experience and engagement scope, with opportunities to grow.

How to Apply

To apply, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining:

  • Why you're excited to join Global Transformation Group, PMO Strategies sister company
  • Relevant experience aligned with this role
  • Your availability and compensation expectations

We’re building something meaningful—and we’re looking for people who are ready to make an IMPACT.

Does this role feel wonderful but a bit intimidating? If you have some, but not all the experience, please submit anyway, as we are going to have multiple PMO and transformation delivery roles. You can also check out our other postings, such as the Project Manager role, that might be a closer fit.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
