Postdoctoral Research Assistant - Engineering

Position SummaryThe purpose of this postdoctoral research position is to pursue high-level research in computational neuroscience and neural engineering, with a specialized focus on whole-brain dynamical systems modeling and control-theoretic analysis. This position is intended to enable the development of new engineering theory regarding how to best model brain dynamics using formal differential equations and related methods.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Trains under the supervision of a faculty mentor including (but not limited to):

• Basic scientific and engineering research.
• Preparation of manuscripts and dissemination of research.
• Mentoring of graduate students.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

  

Salary Range:

 

Base pay is commensurate with experience.
