Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

• Outpatient Primary Care: 18-22 patients day, on average with 20/40 min visits.
• Ability to focus on Family Medicine or Internal Medicine population
• Collegial group of FM, IM, and Pediatric physicians
• Work life balance with 36 patient contact hours and no weekends
• Medical Assistant and AI Scribe support
• Call is very light and shared | Triage RN call

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted WA state license or the ability to obtain prior to start date
• Current DEA certificate required prior to start date
• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Current BLS, ACLS certification prior to start date

The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
