- Partner directly with Sales leadership to understand business performance, identify opportunities and risks, and shape the priorities and decisions that improve GTM execution.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business you support - its customers, pipeline, coverage, productivity, and performance - and use that context, together with rigorous analysis, to develop a clear point of view on where the business should focus.
- Lead the operating rhythm for your business, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, business reviews, and planning. Use these forums to surface the most important issues, drive decisions, and maintain accountability against actions.
- Lead high-priority strategic and operational work for Sales leadership. Structure ambiguous problems, test new ideas, evaluate opportunities and trade-offs, and carry the work from initial question through decision, launch, and adoption.
- Build for scale from the outset. Continually identify opportunities to simplify how the business operates, eliminate manual work, and introduce solutions that are automated, repeatable, and require minimal ongoing operational support.
- Shape annual and in-year GTM planning, bringing the perspective of the business into decisions on capacity, coverage, territories, quotas, and investment, in partnership with the teams that own these processes.
- Work across Finance, Analytics, Compensation, Enablement, Systems, and central Operations to solve problems that span organizational boundaries, align stakeholders around a path forward, and translate Sales priorities into execution.
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. We follow consistent hiring practices and account for each candidate's skills, knowledge, and experience when setting base pay within the range.
