About the role

Are you ready to join our mission to redefine real estate? We are seeking an accomplished Principal Product Manager passionate about improving the software developer experience to power faster and higher quality innovation.

As a Principal Platform Product Manager, you will:

  • Drive impact by defining success metrics, analyzing data, prioritizing projects, and aligning efforts with business strategies

  • Communicate and collaborate by clearly articulating customer problems, working with others, and balancing diverse viewpoints

  • Shape strategy by monitoring competitors, understanding developer needs, and designing technical solutions

  • Provide clear direction, handle dependencies, remove roadblocks, and apply effective operating rhythms to mobilize your teams

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $173,300.00 - $276,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are
  • Proven experience building developer platforms with deep technical knowledge, customer empathy, strong execution skills, and a history of impactful business results

  • 6+ years designing and delivering world-class platform products that solve significant customer needs, specifically in large-scale distributed systems and platforms

  • Experience with container ecosystems, Kubernetes, serverless (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, etc.) development, and operational tools

  • Experience defining, building, and delivering products on public clouds – AWS, Azure, and GCP

  • A good understanding of defining and building SaaS and/or enterprise services, products, and infrastructure at scale

  • Intimately familiar with modern software development practices used to build and deploy applications

  • Collaborates cross-functionally across multiple teams (Engineering, UX/Design, Analytics, etc.), estimating level of effort, identifying dependencies, and resource needs

  • Strong written and oral communication and team management skills, the ability to simplify complex topics, and comfort presenting at all levels of the organization
