The Procore Administrator ensures data quality and integrity, drives user adoption and process standardization, provides dotted-line leadership for sector Procore administrators, and serves as a key liaison between stakeholders, vendors, IT, and the broader Northrop Grumman (NG) Procore user community. This role owns day-to-day configuration decisions within approved standards and escalates strategic platform and process changes for leadership approval.

The Procore Administrator is the enterprise go‑to construction systems person, acting as a highly adaptable, cross-functional contributor who can support Procore administration, reporting/analytics, S/4 integration, and related operational activities, while partnering closely with leadership to shape and mature the Procore roadmap over time.

Candidates will be able to work in a full-time telecommuting capacity but will need to be available to travel up to 25% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Company Admin for the enterprise Procore instance, providing dotted-line leadership, guidance, and standards to sector Procore administrators and super users.
  • Oversee initial setup and ongoing maintenance and configuration of Procore; configure modules, workflows, and settings to meet company requirements.
  • Manage Procore licensing and environments (production and sandbox); coordinate with Procore Customer Success and Support on escalations, roadmap planning, and optimization opportunities.
  • Integrate Procore with other enterprise and project software systems as needed.
  • Work closely with IT/application teams on integrations, identity and access management, and change control for Procore.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Procore capabilities across the enterprise, including sitewide rollouts for new users and/or modules.
  • Establish, document, and maintain Procore standards, templates, best practices, and standard operating procedures, and operationalize these within Procore to drive consistent construction project management practices across the enterprise.
  • Own data and document repository governance within Procore to support accurate reporting, effective data sharing, and compliance with applicable processes, procedures, and requirements.
  • Expand and maintain Procore data structures, including attribute management and creation of new assets to support reporting and analytics.
  • Regularly audit and reconcile Procore data; perform cleanup, removal of duplicate records, and purging of extraneous information to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Design and maintain Procore-based reports and dashboards, including custom Procore reports and Power BI solutions, to track project progress, portfolio performance, and key metrics across sites and sectors. Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, ensure consistent data definitions, and provide insights that support big-picture decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Support broader construction and facilities project management activities beyond Procore, including:
    • Developing or enhancing Power BI dashboards that combine Procore, S/4, and other data sources.
    • Assisting with S/4 integration design, testing, and reconciliation for project and financial data.
    • Providing systems and process input to capital planning, reporting, and other enterprise initiatives that benefit from strong end-to-end process and data thinking.
  • Evaluate and assess platform updates, new features, and configuration changes; recommend platform and process changes for leadership approval and implement approved changes.
  • Collaborate with project managers, sector admins, and other stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements within Procore.
  • Lead change management and stakeholder alignment efforts across sectors, balancing enterprise-wide standardization with project-specific flexibility.
  • Actively identify and manage risks and opportunities to achieve the best business outcomes.
  • Support the design, configuration, and rollout of Procore financial management modules, working closely with leadership to align workflows with NG’s project and financial management practices.
  • Identify and document value streams and use cases that leverage Procore’s current capabilities and emerging features (including AI-enabled tools) to improve construction project management processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership, IT, and governance teams on AI-related risks and opportunities within Procore, supporting required compliance reviews and approvals.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to Procore users; serve as a primary liaison between Procore Sector Administrators, related vendors, and the NG Procore user community.
  • Develop and deliver training for new and existing users; create and maintain user guides, training materials, and best practice documentation.
  • Ensure Procore and related vendors are engaged and managed to deliver requirements within allocated budget and schedule.
  • Support user adoption activities; attend team and department meetings as required.
