About the Role:

Under the supervision of the VP, Engineering, the Principal Product Manager will guide product design, roadmap and lead prioritization across multiple stakeholders. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the United States based on manager approval.

You Will:

  • Define and prioritize features, user stories, and requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals. 

  • Define clear success metrics for various developer tools by working with stakeholders and considering short/long term goals. 

  • Collaborate with and influence various teams across Remitly to further extend Remitly's platform capabilities. 

  • Gather and analyze data to understand the needs of developers, partners and end consumers.

You Have:

  • Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related technical field, and 5 years of progressively responsible experience with driving product feature development and full lifecycle product development and management. 

  • 3 years of experience with product management; 

  • 3 years of experience with software development lifecycle, tools, and patterns; 

  • 3 years of experience with delivering and scaling platform products and building seamless developer tools and processes; 

  • 3 years of experience with developing and driving high-level strategic initiatives; 

  • 3 years of experience with using qualitative and quantitative data to inform products for internal partners and consumers; 

  • 3 years of experience with building and scaling developer platform and ecosystems with CLIs, webhooks, integration, and self-service onboarding tools; 

  • 3 years of experience with leading cross-functional product development using CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code tools, and container orchestration tools; and 

  • 3 years of experience with delivering multi-tenant SaaS and PaaS solutions with security, compliance, and regionalization support.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $172,800.00 - $259,200.00. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
