Principal Global Sales Enablement PartnerSales Enablement | Global Sales EnablementRole Overview

F5 is seeking a Principal Sales Enablement Partner to own and scale global sales readiness across new hire onboarding, sales methodology adoption, facilitator readiness, manager reinforcement, and measurable field execution. This role translates F5’s go-to-market priorities into practical enablement programs that help sellers qualify complex enterprise opportunities, engage customers effectively, and apply methodology consistently across theaters.

This is a Principal-level individual contributor role for an experienced sales enablement architect and methodology leader. The successful candidate will combine enterprise sales experience, sales methodology expertise, strong facilitation capability, curriculum design judgment, program ownership, and cross-functional influence. The role requires someone who can lead strategic readiness motions while also building practical tools, learning experiences, and reinforcement mechanisms that managers and sellers can use in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the global sales methodology enablement motion, including MEDDPICC curriculum, facilitator guides, certification paths, practical application workshops, adoption reporting, and continuous improvement.

  • Lead the strategy, design, and ongoing evolution of sales onboarding programs, including pre-boarding, Sales Acceleration Workshop, Sales Professional curriculum, and role-based readiness pathways.

  • Translate F5’s sales strategy, platform narrative, methodology expectations, and customer-facing priorities into scalable enablement programs and rep-ready learning experiences.

  • Design and maintain manager reinforcement frameworks, coaching assets, validation checklists, inspection tools, and post-program reinforcement motions that support sustained behavior change.

  • Coach, certify, and support global facilitators and regional enablement partners to ensure consistent methodology delivery and learner experience across theaters.

  • Partner with sales leadership, product marketing, field enablement, theater leaders, and enablement operations to align readiness priorities, launch plans, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Develop practical application exercises, customer scenarios, role plays, deal inspection activities, and field-ready tools that help sellers apply methodology to active opportunities.

  • Measure program effectiveness using completion, confidence, NPS, manager validation, adoption indicators, and behavior-change metrics; use insights to improve program design and execution.

  • Maintain governance for methodology content, facilitator readiness, curriculum refresh cycles, certification expectations, and global consistency.

  • Serve as a senior enablement advisor to sales and enablement leaders on methodology adoption, onboarding effectiveness, readiness gaps, and field execution risks.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, sales enablement, revenue enablement, sales training, sales operations, or a related go-to-market role.

  • 5+ years of experience designing, leading, or scaling sales enablement programs for enterprise B2B sales organizations.

  • Demonstrated expertise with MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, or comparable enterprise sales methodologies.

  • Experience building sales onboarding, certification, reinforcement, or methodology adoption programs across distributed or global sales teams.

  • Strong facilitation and executive communication skills, with the ability to engage sellers, managers, senior sales leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience developing curriculum, facilitator guides, coaching tools, practical application activities, and field-ready enablement assets.

  • Ability to use data, feedback, and adoption signals to assess enablement effectiveness and guide continuous improvement.

  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across sales, marketing, product, operations, and enablement stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience as an enterprise seller, sales leader, or sales methodology practitioner in complex technology sales.

  • Experience supporting cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS, application delivery, infrastructure, or enterprise technology sales organizations.

  • Experience with enablement platforms, learning systems, content management platforms, CRM-based inspection processes, and sales productivity tools.

  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design practices, Kirkpatrick evaluation, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and behavior-based reinforcement models.

  • Experience implementing manager-led reinforcement, deal coaching, opportunity inspection, or post-training adoption motions.

  • Experience working in a global matrixed organization with regional sales teams, channel teams, product marketing, and field enablement stakeholders.

Success Measures
  • Improved consistency and quality of MEDDPICC and sales methodology delivery across theaters.

  • Reduced onboarding variability and stronger linkage between Sales Acceleration Workshop, pre-boarding, methodology application, and manager reinforcement.

  • Increased facilitator readiness and adoption of standardized global delivery materials.

  • Clearer manager engagement in post-program reinforcement, coaching, and validation.

  • Improved visibility into methodology adoption through completion, confidence, manager validation, and behavior-change indicators.

  • Sustained curriculum freshness, practical relevance, and alignment to F5’s evolving go-to-market priorities.
